Electrical properties of the fcc-phase in the Ce02-Zr02-Y203 ternary system have been examined by use of impedance spectroscopy at different temperatures, oxygen partial pressures, and compositions.
The electrical response has been analyzed with the help of some equivalent circuits and the electrical conductivity of the bulk, separated from the effects of the grain boundary and the electrolyte-electrode interface, has been determined.
